Mother’s Day is fast approaching! Â As a vegan, you’ll want to be prepared to give your mom some homecooked meals that she can feel good about eating.
Even if she’s not a vegan, you can still make these meals for her, and introduce her to some healthy vegan meals that she’ll be sure to love.
Plus, you never know, she just might get addicted to vegan food (like I have) and decide to go vegan!  Your mom will enjoy eating any of these meals while spending time together — which is the best part about Mother’s Day!
And, of course, with any type of food, who doesn’t love it when somebody else cooks for them?
I know as both of my parents have gotten older, they are tired of cooking at this point and completely love it when anybody else wants to take over the cooking.
Moms do a lot for us from the time that we are born, whether it’s comforting you after a break-up, helping you with your school work, going on shopping trips together, or just being a good friend and teacher — she’s always there.

These meals can be made for brunch, lunch, or breakfast and I’ve included some dessert and drink recipes as well. So, there is a variety to choose from that you can mix and match to fit your style.
